Mobile Banking

Access your accounts anytime any place with the Nashville Post Office Credit Union App. We know your life is busy. Our mobile app is a convenient, secure, and fast way to conduct your credit union transactions. The mobile app allows you to:

If you have home banking and a smartphone you can download the app on the Apple App Store or Google Play. If you have an iPad, you can download the app from the iPhone section. You can log into Mobile Banking with the same user id and password that you use for Virtual Branch home banking. If you change your password in one it will change it in the other program because the same credentials are used for mobile banking and home banking. Mobile Deposit

Mobile deposit is available through your NPOCU Mobile Banking App! You can make deposits anytime, anywhere to your checking account at Nashville Post Office Credit Union with your smart phone. You must complete an application to be accepted for Mobile Deposit. Qualifications to apply are:

• Current user of the NPOCU Mobile App
• Must have a checking account
• Valid email address is required
• All accounts must be in good standing (Savings, Checking, Loans)
• At least 18 years of age
• Must be a member for at least 45 days

Audio Response

The Audio Response system gives you the flexibility to balance your account when you want, not just when we are open. The benefits are numerous and it’s easy. Just call 1-800-789-4382 and simply follow the instructions. The automated system will prompt you through the various options.

CO-OP ATM Network

The CO-OP Network offers 30,000 sites nationwide, of which many are in Tennessee. This will offer you more surcharge free ATMs. This network is the number one credit union EFT network and processor in the US financial services industry. You can click on the logo to right to find an ATM near you. While the ATMs in the CO-OP ATM Network will be surcharge free you still will be charged $1.00 service fee per transaction.

CO-OP Shared Branch

We’re with you when you travel across the Volunteer State and the country. You can now take your credit union with you. We are part of the network of Shared Credit Union Service Centers. As you travel around Nashville, and the state of Tennessee, or the country, you can experience the convenience of a CU Service Center. These locations allow you to conduct deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments and more, just as if you were in our office. All you have to do go inside the branch, identify that you are from Nashville Post Office Credit Union a, provide your NPOCU account number and a photo ID to the teller and you can conduct your financial transactions.

There are over 5,000 locations nationwide that participate in the CO-OP Shared Branch program. To find a Shared Branch or to find out if your credit union is a participating credit union, just click the Share Branching icon, call 1-888-748-3266, or download the CO-OP Shared Branch application for the iPhone or Android.

Debit and Credit Card Restrictions

The Nashville Post Office Credit Union may restrict and/or block Debit and Credit Card access in certain countries. If you plan to travel outside of the United States, please contact us before you travel for assistance. The restrictions will help in the fight against fraud.

PostalEASE

The PostalEASE telephone system and website provide a convenient, confidential, and secure way for the U.S. Postal Service employees to enroll, make changes to, or terminate many of their employment benefits including allotments and direct deposits. To access PostalEASE you can call 1-877-477-3273. In order to use the system, you will need your Employee ID Number and your USPS Pin Number. For direct deposit and allotments to the credit union, you will also need our routing number (264080866).

Statement Express!

We are offering statements online through our Statement Express system. You will need to sign up for Virtual Branch Home Banking in order to use this service. Just log into Virtual Branch and select eStatement from the menu and follow the set up instructions. Some features of online statements are:

• You will receive email when statement is ready
• Quicker access to your statement
• Will archive months of statements for member research

Visa Gift Cards

Give everyone on your list the gift of choice. Visa prepaid gift cards are the perfect gift for the holidays, birthdays, or any special occasion. You decide the amount; they decide where to use it. We have a new kind of “traveler’s check”. It is the Visa TravelMoney® card. It provides the security of traveler’s checks and the convenience of a Visa card.

Some of the great benefits of the Visa TravelMoney®card are:
